I dont know if you heard, but Aidan Knight just released a CD. It’s great.
He played a little show at Fairfield United Church, with some friends. The lighting changed through out the night–it seemed to get darker as the night went. So the photos of Yukon Blonde and then Aidan Knight are a tad more on the dark and grainy side.

Also, In Medias Res are the best band in the world, just so you know.

Young Lions had a reunion show. It was wonderful to see them back together. Almonds, Cohen returned to Victoria, and Balacade played as well. What a wonderful night, it was.

Way back in August, I headed over to Vancouver too see Dan Mangan’s CD Release Show, and it just so happened Aidan Knight was opening up. I didn’t take any photos of Dan’s set as there were about 100 photographers there and I didn’t want to fight the crowd, but here are some from Aidan’s set, which featured Julia Wakal, the O’Darling, Jonathan Anderson, and Dan Mangan too!
